Mr. Ravindra Pratap is a postgraduate in Social Work with over 13 years of extensive professional experience across the fields of education, health, and life skills. He has contributed at both national and international levels and currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Educate Girls. In this role, he works at the central level, leading large-scale programs across six states in India, with responsibilities spanning program planning, design, implementation, and training facilitation.

The organization he represents, Educate Girls, has been honored with the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award, recognizing its outstanding contribution to advancing girls’ education in India.

Ravindra is deeply passionate about teaching and learning, and has trained teachers extensively in both curriculum and pedagogy. He firmly believes that every child, regardless of their background, deserves equal opportunities, meaningful learning, and full participation in society.
