Expert Guidance Behind Our Vision
Hello,
My name is Tanima Narayan, and I bring over 10 years of dedicated experience in the education sector.
Currently based in West Bengal, I most recently worked as a Consultant and Master Trainer with a Mumbai-based organization for the Prime Minister’s Karmayogi Project, where I trained Postal Department employees on soft skills focused on behavioural change. Prior to this, I was associated with a Delhi-based startup, where I was actively involved in donor management, report writing, event coordination, and facilitating meetings.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with Naandi Foundation in Darjeeling and also served as a Gandhi Fellow, closely collaborating with school headmasters, teachers, and local communities to strengthen leadership capabilities in schools.
My professional journey also includes meaningful work with Bodh Shiksha Samiti, where I developed expertise in project management, planning, and implementation. I specialized in designing life skills programs for students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) and conducted gender equality training sessions for teachers.
As a Consultant with Save the Children, I worked on gender equality projects within the education sector, focusing on stakeholder management and detailed documentation. At the Piramal Foundation, in partnership with NITI Aayog, I led teams of Gandhi Fellows and Karuna Fellows, mentoring them while working closely with government stakeholders, NGOs, communities, schools, and educational institutions. This role also provided deep exposure to Social Emotional Ethical Learning (SEEL).
Additionally, I led the HDFC project, overseeing holistic child development initiatives in tribal districts, with a strong focus on nutrition, sanitation, educational workshops, and training sessions for teachers and students.
My academic background in Journalism and Mass Communication has greatly supported my ability to document, present, and communicate project outcomes effectively to diverse stakeholders.
